companies are arranged. The kitchen fan itself is placed between the induction hobs. The
a cooker monitor is also fitted, as well as a recessed socket in the worktop with a USB connection.

Furthermore, there is a great mirror cabinet with integrated lighting, full-covering double sink on drawer furniture and matching decor on the opposite wall and a full-length mirror. The room has a wall-hung toilet, as well as a separate shower niche with a rain shower, integrated shelves and screen doors in frosted glass. The room/dormitory on the first floor also has a bathroom that has been lightly refurbished - in case you want to rent the whole house.

Laundry room
The laundry room is on the first floor and has its own door to the garden. The room has a tiled floor with heat, modern cabinetry with plain fronts, an integrated laundry basket, a practical workbench with folded-down sinks, as well as arrangements for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Clothes rack under upper cupboard for drying shirts etc. Proximity to the kitchen makes parallel tasks easy.

Bedroom and wardrobe
The detached house has one bedroom on the first floor, two on the second floor and an attic room that can be used as a bedroom on the second floor. A total of 4 + dormitory on the first floor. The master bedroom has a large

The home is heated with panel ovens in places, as well as heating cables in large parts of it
ground floor and first floor (not bedroom). This is supplemented with a fireplace in the living room and a wood stove in the hall.
Otherwise, there are heating cables in parts of the footpath from the courtyard to the house.
The 191 liter water heater is located in an external storage room. The same thing is
stopcock. The fuse box was upgraded to automatic fuses with earth-fault circuit breakers in 2012. The home has arrangements for an alarm system from Homely (199,- with guard service) with, among other things, connected smoke detectors and sensors installed. Fiber network from Viken Fiber for internet and TV (599 NOK for internet with a 12-month contract).
