Hello dear apartment hunters!
We will have one room available. Your beautiful 25 sqm room is part of an 85 sqm 3-room apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway.
Your room has a large window with a windowsill with a balcony and a nice view. The room has a parkett flooring and is very bright thanks to the large window.
The apartment was recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and everything else you need for life. The washing machine is available and can of course be used.
Your room has a bed, 1 wardrobe and a desk with chair.
We don't have a cleaning schedule, but we have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady are included in the rent.
The rent includes all costs for cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid, and internet. This means there are no additional costs for you.
Location:
Almost everything within walking distance!
The location: very quiet, in the countryside.
Shops 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop / subway, PEP and from there you arrive quick to the city center or to the main station. Parking spaces are right in front of the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar
U2-Quiddestr is close by.
Cleaning service is available every four weeks, here just in the general rooms. I buy cleaning supplies every month and the costs are already included in the rent.

We imagine life in a shared apartment in such a way that we can happily meet up in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together comfortably in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. This means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.
We are welcome to do other things together, such as sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it is not mandatory.

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei. Dein schönes 25 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 85 qm großen 3 Zi-Wohnung. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit einem Fensterbank. Das Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und ist durch das große Fenster ist sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurd neu saniert - Erstbezug nach Renovierung. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und alles was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Dein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (IKEA Hemnes, ausziehbar 160x200), ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
Das große Zimmer mit Balkon ist aktuell auch frei.

Beinahe alles fußläufig erreichbar!
Zur Lage: sehr ruhig, im Grünen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Gehminuten entfernt (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), zwei Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle / U-Bahn, PEP und von da aus man gelingt schnell in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Hauptbahnhof. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden. U2-Quiddestr ist unmittelbar in der Nähe.

Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.
