Note this is a private bedroom +private bathroom in an apartment. The only other person who lives in the apartment is the owner, a Catalan lady in her mid 50's who is very nice. She has 2 cats. She love yoga.
Flat room for one person with private bathroom. It turns out to be a 20m2 double studio / workcenter space, which is very spacious considering the size of a normal room. It will allow you great independence since it is far from the other inhabitant of the apartment. The kitchen area with the right to a fridge, microwave, oven and water heater is in the middle of the floor. The space is very bright and spacious thanks to the large windows that the apartment has. The bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing bath and a washing machine that you can use without problems.
Located in a very cozy area of Barcelona, very close to the Sagrada Familia cathedral and the Modernist Hospital Sant Pau complex. The area has restaurants and bars, however, it is a quiet and calm area at night. There are also cultural and civic facilities, a public library and a gym. The closest meters are Guinardó - Hospital de Sant Pau, which gives access to line L4, and Sant Pau station with access to line L5. Buses H8, 19, 47 and D50 go directly to the center and the Gothic part of the city. Buses V21 and V23 direct to the beach.
* You will not be able to cook at night, from 10pm to 7am.
Check-in time is between 3pm and 5pm.
Please note that the apartment does not have a balcony or terrace and that you will be in the company of 2 cats in the common areas.
