APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Gracia 3 apartment is of 180m2 and is at an unbeatable location. It is placed in the fourth floor of a building with a porter and an elevator. It has 7 rooms, four big and exterior rooms, two standard rooms and one with a private bathroom. There are many windows in the apartment providing lots of natural light. It has three bathrooms, all with a shower, but one of them is inside a room. So two bathrooms will be shared by 6 tenants and the third bathroom will be only for one tenant.
Common areas include a lounge with a sofa and a dining/working area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you might need to cook your meals during your stay. Cleaning service for all common areas is once a week. Free wireless internet connection is available.

Gràcia neighborhood is known as the bohemian district with many leisure activities to do. It is the favorite location for students and young people.
