About the Home
During your stay, you’ll share this thoughtfully designed home with me. Every space is tailored for comfort and convenience, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living areas. High-speed WiFi is included, so you can stay connected with ease.

Your private room is a peaceful retreat, featuring two spacious closets for all your belongings. Fresh bed linen is provided, allowing you to travel light and settle in stress-free. Additionally, the house is equipped with smart lighting, letting you customize the ambiance to match your mood.

Key details:
•⁠ ⁠Availability : the 1st of March 2025 - move-in date
•⁠ ⁠Viewing possible - Listening is ongoing, and viewings is possible upon request.
•⁠ ⁠Sharing three floors - The Entire house contains three floors and outside terrace - you’ll have your own Bedroom of cours.
•⁠ ⁠Rent: €1800 per month (all-inclusive) and is payed upon the month in prior and before moving in.
•⁠ ⁠Deposit: One month’s rent is mandatory and required as well before moving in. The amount will be transferred back upon departure if state of the room is the same.
•⁠ ⁠Registration: Registration at the Kerkstraat address is allowed for stays of up to five months.
