Supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, library, shopping area and nice restaurants (Vapiano, Happy Italy, Shabu Shabu etc) are just a few steps away. Rotterdam Central/Blaak train station as well Oostplein metro station is reachable in 5 minutes. All these benefits, makes this area very popular among young professionals and students.

This 3 bedrooms apartment (app. 60 m2) will be rent out fully furnished (mostly Ikea furniture’s and we bought it brand new). Everything is still very neat and in good condition.

This bedroom includes a very comfortable IKEA bed (80x210 cm ) with a desk and chair. With 2 large double glazed window facing the street. This bedroom comes with an extra built-in closet.

Bathroom and kitchen
The bathroom is renovated recently so its like brand new. The bathroom is completed with a clean shower, washbasin and toilet.
The kitchen has all the needs like a stove, washing machine, microwave, fridge etc. The door in the kitchen leads you to the balcony.
All these facilities will be shared with 2 other tenants.
