Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!

Dein Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit einem Fensterbank. Das Zimmer hat Laminatboden und ist durch die große Fenster sehr hell. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und mit allem was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet.

Dein Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160x200 cm), 1 Kleiderschrank und 1 Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Tischlampe.

Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.

In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Internet, Heizung, Wasser enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.

WG-Leben:

Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.

Zur Lage: sehr ruhig, im Grünen uund Mitten in Schwabing.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Gehminuten entfernt (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Bäckerei, Obst- und Gemüse-Lädchen, Apotheke), zwei Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle / U-Bahn ( U2-Milbertshofen), und von da aus ca. 7 min in die Innenstadt bzw. 8 min zum Hauptbahnhof.

Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür, Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden. U2-Milbertshofen sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Der Luitpoldpark befindet sich in ca. 2 Fußminuten entfernt.

Hello, dear apartment seekers!

We have a room available from January 10th.

Your room has four large windows with a window sill and balcony. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright because of large windows. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life.

Your room has a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe and 1 desk with chair and table lamp.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning supplies, internet, heating and water. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

Shared apartment life:

We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not compulsory.

Location: very quiet, in the countryside and in the middle of Schwabing.

Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), two minutes walk to the bus stop / subway (U2-Milbertshofen), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main train station.

Parking spaces are right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle cellar. U2-Milbertshofen are very close by. The Luitpoldpark is about 2 minutes walk away.
