APARTMENT
We provide the perfect foundation, and you make it your home. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed with high-quality furniture, including a desk, chair, bookshelves, bed, closet, mirror, curtains, and a coat rack. Your private kitchenette comes fully equipped with a built-in microwave with a grill function, a personal fridge with a freezer compartment, induction hobs, a kitchen hood, shelves, and a sink.

The modern bathroom features a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin, shelf, illuminated mirror, hooks, and a heated towel rail. To top it all off, high-speed internet ensures you stay connected, whether for work, study, or streaming your favorite content during cozy days indoors. All that's left is to bring your favorite personal touches and settle in.

You can choose the size and location of your apartment, as well as between single and shared studios to suit your needs.

SINGLE STUDIO:
Perfectly suited for independent living, our single studio offers everything you need for comfort and functionality. It features a private kitchen equipped with two induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and sink. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and convenient storage options.

The living space is furnished with a cozy 100 cm bed, a spacious desk for studying, a wardrobe, and ample storage to keep your belongings organized.

SHARED STUDIO:
Ideal for two people, our shared studio is designed for comfort and convenience. You can share the space with a roommate of the same gender, or request a mixed household if both parties agree during the booking process. The price listed is per person per month, not for the entire apartment. If you don’t request a specific roommate, one will be automatically assigned to you.

This studio includes a private kitchen with two induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and sink. The spacious bathroom comes equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and extra storage. The room is furnished with two comfortable single beds (90 cm), two desks for studying, a wardrobe, and plenty of storage space to accommodate both occupants.

Our residence is one of the prime properties in a new and fast-developing neighborhood of Prague. Not located very far from the city center, our residence is located near the subway that connects you to the whole city including important destinations like the two main train stations in Prague. If you like the convenience of reaching any distance quick and easy, this is the place to be.
