The following shared features are available in the house: kitchen with dishwasher and dining table and chairs on ground floor, bathroom with shower on ground floor, washing machine and dryer on 2nd floor. The rent is as following:

Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150
Total rent: EUR 900
Deposit: one month rent (EUR 750) which should be paid upfront.
