The rent is as following:

Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150
Total rent: EUR 900
Deposit: one month rent (EUR 750) which should be paid upfront.

Students love this part of town, and with the city center only 15 minutes away by bike, tram or metro, accommodation prices aren’t too bad.
