The WG places a strong emphasis on hygiene, which is reflected in the house rules to ensure everyone feels comfortable. The minimum rental period is 3 months, with a security deposit of three months' rent. This deposit serves as a safeguard against unpaid rent or damages beyond normal wear and tear. A payslip for the last three months and a valid employment contract are required as part of the rental conditions.

Communal Areas
The communal areas cover approximately 70 m2, offering plenty of space for relaxation and cooking. The bathroom is brand new, featuring a shower and towel heater, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
