Description of the bedrooms:
There are 3 loft bedrooms with bed upstairs in the apartment. The rooms are fully furnished (drying rack for clothes, recliner, wardrobe, cupboard, desk, coffee table). There is a bed and a sofa-bed for a guest.

Description of the apartment:
The apartment is around 70 m2. The building is in a really quiet neighborhood and you have all that you need close to the flat. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, groceries, shops, pub, discos, stores (open h24) and the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska are all very close to the place!
This is an old historical building recently renovated. Perfect apartment for foreign students and/or young workers (people who wants to live in the center and hate cars).
The flat is made of 3 loft rooms each of them with locks and independent entrance. Rooms are fully furnished. There is a filter anti-smog in the apartment.
There are normally 3 people living in the apartment (1 person per room). Each bedroom is for 1 person or 2 people. The apartment can host a maximum of 6 people.

There are many devices and appliances like the kettle, boiler, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave iron, adapter socket (UK-USA plugs), TV (if previously requested) and electric extensions. There are also hangers and a rack for the clothes.
Each bedroom is furnished with wardrobes, lamps, bedside tables, bed (mattress with pillow) of the loft, curtains etc. etc. .
The kitchen and the bathroom are as well fully equipped with all kind of kitchen tools, cutlery, all sort of dishes, pots and pans, the hairdryer and hair straightener.

The bills are low cause the window (in pvc) are very good and there is an excellent insulation in the apartment.

There is an air filter panel on the roof (very important cause Kraków is a polluted city).

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants upon previous request to the Lessor (the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent).

The public transport is excellent, train, tram, bus are all within few minutes walk from the place.

ALL BILLS AND UTILITIES:
Winter (December, January, February) around 550 PLN per person monthly;
Autumn/Spring (March, April, May, October, November) around 450 PLN per person monthly;
Summer (June, July, August, September) around 400 PLN per person monthly.

There is a good internet WiFi connection with a very good speed and unlimited transfer of data (good internet connection).

The cost of the bills is NOT included in the price of the monthly rental, however the Lessor and the tenants can deal a reach-out monthly amount for all the utilities/bills (option all inclusive).
