The apartment with its high ceilings gives a spacious feel. A small hallway with fitted wardrobes leads into the interior shower room, the kitchen with dining table and into the living- and bedroom, which are aligned to the quiet street.
The beautiful 28m2 living- and bedroom consists on the one side of a cozy living area with a chic sofa, which can also be used as a guest bed, a TV corner with a 42-inch flat screen and a desk. On the other side of the room is the sleeping area with a large bed (140x200) and a spacious wardrobe. In the separate fully equipped new kitchen you find a dining table for up to 6 people. The nice wine shop "Kleefisch" on the corner offers wine and whiskey tastings on the weekends, the "Kulturkirche Cologne" with great concerts is close by, the food and flea market on Wilhelmplatz opens 6 days a week, many bars and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Neusser Straße with its many shops for daily needs, banks and shopping make Nippes to one of the most attractive and hippest (hidden) of Cologne.
