ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine sehr schöne, helle, große Wohnung mit Garten und Balkon. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, 3 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone. Im Sommer glänzt die Wohnung mit dem riesigen, wilden Garten und im Winter hat sie ihrem Zauber durch die 2 vorhandenen Holzöfen. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem eine Sauna, die gerne benutzt werden kann. Es handelt sich um insgesamt 145m2 Wohnfläche. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen am Donauradweg (Jochenstein). Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Passau. Vermietungszeitraum 10.11.2023 – 15.6.2024.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und ich werde das meiste in der Wohnung lassen. Kleiderschränke werden leer sein.
Ich habe sehr viele Pflanzen, die in der Winterzeit einmal wöchentlich gegossen werden müssen.
