This modern two-bedroom apartment is located near the Bocconi University, in a quiet neighbourhood, not too far from the heart of Milan's nightlife (in Navigli) and is well connected to the rest of the city by several tram lines. When you don’t feel like taking public transport, there are plenty of places nearby where you can enjoy lunch, dinner or an aperitif.

Kitchen and Living Space
A bright open-plan room welcomes guests with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: a kitchenette with induction hob, a dining table that sits four and a sofa bed that sits in front of a minimalist shelving structure and flat-screen TV.

Bedroom and Bathroom
Both bedrooms are furnished with two-door wardrobes and a large window that brings in a lot of light. The first room is the double: elegant, minimalist and complete with two bedside tables; while the second is a single that can be made up as a twin thanks to a second pull-out bed, complete with a bridge wardrobe and desk. There are also two bathrooms that are both fitted with a shower, toilet and bidet.

HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

SANITIZED APARTMENTS. We use professional products and procedures to sanitize our apartments. Professional sanitation certificate.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Un luminoso open space accoglie gli ospiti con tutti i comfort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno: angolo cucina con piano a induzione, tavolo da pranzo con quattro sedute, televisore a schermo piatto e divano letto dietro al quale, arreda il living, una struttura di mensole in stile minimal.

Camere e bagni
Entrambe le camere da letto sono comprensive di armadio a doppia anta e ampia finestra che conferisce molta luminosità ai locali. La prima è la matrimoniale: elegante, minimalista e completa di due comodini; la seconda è la cameretta dotata di letto singolo con armadio a ponte, secondo letto estraibile e scrivania. Anche i bagni sono due e sono entrambi dotati di doccia, sanitari e bidet.

REGOLE DELLA CASA
I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633/72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi. Non ci sono spese condominiali o commissioni di agenzia.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo
