5. CAREFUL SELECTION OF TENANTS

6. PROFESSIONAL RENTAL
- the contract is concluded in writing in both Polish and, on request, Polish-English,
- we issue VAT invoices,
- during the entire stay we provide professional service and technical assistance.
7. COSTS
- flat-rate fee for utilities and administrative costs in the amount of PLN 500 per month (for one person),
- the price of utilities includes heating, hot and cold water, electricity, garbage disposal, taxes and fees,
- additional person + PLN 200 - please add the above costs to the rent,
- refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 2,500.
THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE HEADLINE IS FOR STANDARD RENTAL - MINIMUM 6 MONTHS
PRICING IN THE CASE OF A SHORTER RENTAL:
5-6 months + 20% of a basic price
3-4 months +30% of a basic price
1-2 months +40% of a basic price
