Jeder Raum hat doppelverglaste Fenster, sodass alle Räume ruhig und gut isoliert sind. In der Küche ist zusätzlich noch eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Die Wohnung punktet zusätzlich mit einem überdachten Süd-West Balkon, welcher über das Wohnzimmer zu erreichen ist und die Wohnung mit natürlichem Licht erhellt und im Winter wärmt.
