Its day area has a hall that leads to different areas of the apartment, on the one hand to a living - dining room that leads to a large terrace with a wonderful sea view. It also connects to the fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils for day to day.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms can be used as a study or bedroom as it has a sofa bed. Both bathrooms with bath and shower respectively.
The apartment has underfloor heating, thermal control by zones, and high speed internet. The building has a communal pool and terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the hot summer days.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
