The day area consists of a bright living room with access to a spacious balcony overlooking Carrer de Pere IV. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances to cook from the day of arrival.

Next to it, there is the park of Poblenou Center which is perfect for sports activities or to go for a walk.
