This monthly rental apartment is located in the heart of Poblenou, one of the most dynamic and creative areas of Barcelona, a few steps from the sea and surrounded by local life.
The living-dining room, practical and cozy, connects directly to a large terrace that becomes the jewel in the crown. Equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue area, it is perfect for enjoying breakfasts in the sun, alfresco meals or relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and all the necessary appliances for day to day life.
The master bedroom includes a large dressing room, very close to the bathroom with shower. In addition, the apartment has a separate studio that can be used as an office, which offers great versatility.
Located in a quiet street of Poblenou, the apartment is very close to the Parc del Centre del Poblenou, the Rambla del Poblenou and just a few minutes walk from the beach.
Nearby you have the Golden Gate English Academy, which offers English programs and is an official TOEIC and TOEFL examination center.
