It is located in the El Raval neighborhood, it is located in the heart of the city, 1 minute from Sant Antoni Market, 10 minutes from Plaza Cataluña, and the port of Barcelona. The Catalonia train station is the central point of the place and is one of the best and largest stations in Barcelona, with direct trains to the airport and other destinations outside the city. Nearby is the Sant Antoni metro stop (L2) Lila Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops. RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euros + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent
5 -Utilities: Non-refundable €100 per month per person or € 160 minimum per apartment
6 - Fees: Cleaning fee: 160€ + IVA
7 - Administrative Management, Contract preparation: 200€ IVA included
8- Internet free
After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes.
You will have 7 days to make the payments for the quotes.
In case your arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately
