- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 180 euros. The actual cost will be calculated at the end of the stay. If consumption is significantly exceeded in any of the months, the tenant will be informed and an additional charge will be made.
- Not allowed: Parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties
- Prices for bookings of at least 3 months. For bookings of less time, please check prices. Prices are subject to the duration of the contract and the advance of the check-in date.
- Agency fees:
* 1-2 months: 650€ + VAT.
* 3-5 months: 850€ + VAT.
* 6-9 months: 1050€ + VAT.
* 10-11 months: 1930€ + VAT.
The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and layout, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned.
Our reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday (except public holidays Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), you can collect the keys at 228 Aribau Street.
Check-ins after 21:00 are done in person at the apartments and have an additional cost of 30€.
For corporate bookings, 21% VAT must be added to the published price.
