Beautiful apartment with private patio in a fully renovated building with 4 floors (one apartment per floor). It is a quiet building with few neighbors, elevator, security cameras and internet included in the rent.
The apartment is on the ground floor, about 84m2 inside, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room, two double bedrooms, two large bathrooms (one for each room), one of the rooms has a private bathroom inside the room.
