This flat with particular charm will make you feel at home from the first day of your stay in Barcelona. It is a 70-square-metre flat located on Doctor Dou Street in Ciutat Vella.
The day area has a spacious and bright living-dining room with integrated kitchen and access to a nice balcony to have coffee in the mornings. There is also a sofa and TV to relax after a long day's work. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils for day to day living.
The sleeping area includes a spacious master bedroom with mirrored wardrobes, table and chair in case you need a space to telecommute or study. The second bedroom includes a bed and wardrobe to store all your belongings.
Lastly, there is a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet.
The flat is located on Carrer Doctor Dou, in the historic Raval neighbourhood, in the Ciutat Vella district, 5 minutes from the Liceu metro station (L3). It is a charming area where you can enjoy the oldest side of the city and countless tourist attractions such as the Rambla with great gastronomic offer of restaurants and nightlife of the locals who are located there and the assorted and popular Boqueria market a few minutes away.
Enjoy the oldest part of Barcelona and countless tourist attractions such as museums and theatres like ‘El Liceu’ that make up the area. Close to the flat there are all kinds of services such as municipal markets, universities, libraries, green areas and pharmacies.
One of the most important landmarks of the city is undoubtedly Plaza Catalunya, an 8 minute walk away, where you can find metro and train lines, shops and boutiques, restaurants and all kinds of commerce.
