Our company is a collection of serviced studios for home-seekers and travellers looking for more. We give you the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel. Plus, you’ll be part of a community with areas for socializing, co-working and relaxing. Almost all of the services are included in the accommodation price.

We offer a wide selection of studios with different sizes, amenities and furnishings. You can choose between two agreement options, depending on how long you are planning to stay. The Flexible Stay agreement is valid for one month at a time, and continues for the time of your choice. The longer you stay, the less you pay

What is always included in the price for regardless how long you stay:

Standard studio

Choose either lightly furnished studio and make it your own or opt in for a fully furnished option including all needed.

The lightly furnished studio includes the essentials: bed, table and chairs, cabinets and other fixed furniture. Make it your home. You can style the studio with your personal belongings. A fully furnished studio provides a bed/beds, linen, pillows, a table and chairs, cabinets, lighting, basic home appliances, textiles and accessories. Larger studios include a sofa. A fully furnished studio is a move-in ready room that includes everything you need for your stay.

Each studio has a kitchenette. In the fully furnished studio it is equipped with necessary accessories such as cutlery, tableware, glasses, spatulas and strainers.

Each studio has its own spacious balcony of approximately 4.5 sq m.

The monthly cost includes utilities: electricity, water consumption, heating and Internet.

The price includes unlimited access to all the above-mentioned amenities, e.g. to the gym, laundry room, co-living space, co-working area, shared kitchen and dining room.

Surcharges may be reduced in proportion to the length of stay.

Our building boasts 280 elegant studios spread across 9 floors. In addition 580 sqm of common space has been allocated for Tenants to enjoy freely. The comfortable parking facility can accommodate 81 cars, with electric vehicle charging stations available for eco-friendly charging solutions. The interior design was crafted by Studio Illiard.

Our building is located in the heart of the business part of Mokotów, at Postępu Street (intersection with Domaniewska).
