Registration is possible for one person.

The total rent including all bills such as energy / internet / water is 1100EUR per month. A deposit equal to one months rent must be paid. A mandatory one time administration fee of 500EUR has to be paid when you move in.

We offer a fixed contract on a short term lease basis, so no extension can be made after the contract has been signed.

-City center of Rotterdam is just 2KM away and still walkable after a good night out!
-To Erasmus university it'll take you 30 minutes door to door with the metro and about 20 minutes with the bike (5,5KM)
-Time to TU Delft with the metro and train is under 40 minutes (door to door).
-To The Hague Central Station or The Hague Hollands Spoor is a direct line with the metro (Randstadrail) under 40 minutes as well!!

Supermarket is located just a five minute walk away as well as all kinds of other shops.

Parking can be done on the streets in the area through a parking permit that can be applied for at city council.
