Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nah am Rhein, wo man viele Möglichkeiten hat, seine Freizeit zu gestalten.

Alle wichtigen Ziele sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof am Dom ist 20 Gehminuten entfernt und vom Bf Köln Messe/Deutz fahren U-Bahnlinien in alle Richtungen. Der Flughafen ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt.
