Since 2013, this special 120 sqm apartment has been our family home - now we're looking for trustworthy temporary tenants from April 2025 until summer 2026 while our family of four is temporarily abroad.

The heart of our apartment is the spacious living and dining area. The open kitchen with its island has proven to be an ideal gathering spot for family and friends, whether cooking together or when the children are drawing and crafting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination.

The large dining table easily seats eight people - perfect for relaxed dinners or lively game nights.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), the children's room offers flexible sleeping arrangements with its pull-out bed (2x 180x90 cm), and the living room has a sofa bed for spontaneous visitors.

The separate home office with its height-adjustable corner desk and fast internet (1000 Mbps, included in the price) makes even longer work-from-home days pleasant.

The location is a real highlight and one of the reasons we love living here: Viktoriapark is practically on our doorstep (3-4 minutes walking distance) and is our absolute favorite neighbor. On hot days, the Golgatha beer garden is an institution, the playgrounds are well-maintained, and the view from the Kreuzberg monument is among the most beautiful in the city. The vibrant Bergmannkiez with its restaurants and shops is about ten minutes away on foot.

Important for families: Several excellent kindergartens are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A special plus is the tranquility - the traffic-calmed courtyard makes you almost forget you're in the middle of Kreuzberg.

The apartment is ideal for a family with a maximum of two children.
As we are non-smokers and want to preserve the furnishings, smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
