My name is Ismail, and I am interested in renting for my brother and me.

I currently work in Rotterdam as a Security Operation Center Analyst for a cybersecurity company, with an annual salary of 36000 euros (Permanent Contract). All necessary documents Im able to provide. As well as a Landlord Recommendation Letter.

I am looking to rent the apartment for myself and my brother, who is a student. My brother will also be eligible to work in a few months (he is now focusing on finishing his Masters).

I can assure you that we are responsible tenants who take great care of properties, and we do not own any pets.

My intention is to rent it for at least one year. The most essential for me:
- to be able to move in during 4 weeks (of course, the quicker the better).
- to be able to register at the address.
