My name is Fernanda (25 years old, Italian) and Ive been living in Arnhem for 3 years now. I am on my 3rd year of university and soon to graduate, with plans on staying in the Netherlands to work for a couple more years.

I would be applying for this apartment together with my partner Arthur (24 years old, Italian) which is also about to finish university and plans on staying for a couple more years to work in the Netherlands.

We are very responsible tenants, which is why it has been difficult for us to share rooms or apartments with other younger students as we really prioritize living in a clean and organized place. Therefore, you can trust in the fact that as possible tenants, we would take full responsibility of maintaining the care and cleanliness of the apartment and a good relationship with possible neighbors.

It is also important for us to mention that even though Arthur and I have jobs, both of our fathers are the ones that pay for university and housing fee (My father is a pilot for Qatar Airways and Arthurs father is a lawyer). Therefore, if you would like to see our fathers pay slips or income, we are more than welcome to provide that in order for you to trust that we have sufficient income to finance this apartment.

lastly, if needed, our landlord can also provide a statement, showing that we never had issues with paying our +€1,000 rent, and that our main priority is to have good relationship with neighbors and have a clean and tidy home.
