I hope this message finds you well. My name is Silvia Radu, and I am currently in the final year of my Bachelors degree in Architecture at the Technical University of Eindhoven, which I will complete at the end of June 2025. Following this, I will be commencing my Masters studies at the Technical University of Delft in September.

I recently came across your apartment listing and was very impressed by its features, which seem to align perfectly with our housing needs. I intend to share the apartment with my partner, that Ive been living with for the past three years, who is also enrolled in the same academic program. We are both employed with a steady income, and I can provide proof of financial support, including bank statements from my guarantor, who will be the primary contributor toward the rent.

We are very tidy, respectful tenants and lead a quiet lifestyle. It will just be the two of us living in the apartment, and we do not plan on hosting parties. We truly value a peaceful and well-kept living environment.

We are sincerely interested in renting the apartment, ideally beginning on June 1st, July, or August. However, if it is available sooner, we would be happy to consider an earlier move-in date depending on its availability.
