The apartment is only available up to 12 months with a minimum of 3 months. Either furnished or unfurnished. It is important that the new tenants agree to keep the noise down, and we respectfully ask that NO smokers apply or are amongst those who would stay in the apartment. Even if one were only to smoke on the terrace, it would drift into the windows of the upstairs apartments and would be extremely unwelcome.
