The bedrooms in the apartment are fully equipped with single beds, double bed and sofa-bed (additional single beds, double bed or sofa are available upon previous request), lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack for clothes, bedside tables, desk and chairs, TV.

Netflix and Disney+ platforms are available upon previous request (if minimum 3 months lease and the Lessor agrees).
A monthly subscription to football matches (Serie A, la Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, Ligue 1, Champions League) is also available for the tenants upon previous request to the Lessor.

The apartment have 2 standard bedrooms and 1 bigger bedroom. One of the bedrooms has a private TV. The other TV is in the living area (available upon previous request). The windows are in PVC (there is a perfect insulation in the flat).
The first bedroom can host up to 4 people the second bedroom can host up to 2 people and the third bedroom can host up to 2 people. The entire apartment can host up to 8 people (ideally 5 people).

There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
The Lessor can get a life insurance during the entire period of lease.

The tram/bus stops Starowiślna and Stradom are both few seconds walk from the place.
Dietla is a street full of shops, restaurants, stores h24, bars and pubs.
The area is very green (the avenue Dietla is completely green and wooded).

There is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. There are as well the following devices and appliances in the apartment: socket adapters, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dish-washer.
