Beautiful, large recently renovated with plot size 261 sqm and built up area of 106 sqm. Two bathrooms with heated floors and beautiful marble tiles. Also renovated kitchen with brand new dishwasher with a kitchen island with lots of storage. New parket on ground floor. Home in a gorgeous area close to preschools, middle school, playground, lake with a beach, and forest right next to it.
Solar panels installed so during the summer our previous tenants have got money back form energy production. Water heating so energy bills are relatively low.
There are two floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 walk in closet, and 2 bathrooms and a large attic. There is plenty of storage areas( both indoor and outdoor).
There is also very close covered parking next to the home. There is a bus stop which is 10 mins walking distance.
Home is facing south so we always get plenty of sun. Summers are just amazing to enjoy and winters there is lots of sun.
Also, we have a large garden with strawberries and cherry tree and big red rose bush.
