Hyr ut min lägenhet på grund av arbete och flytt till annan ort. Bostaden hyrs till en början ut i 6 månader, men med god chans till förlängning. Jag har trivts superbra i lägenheten och området - och nu är chansen din!
Lägenheten består av ett rum och kök och ligger i fina Lilla Ursvik i Sundbyberg. Lägenheten har ljusa väggar och golv, och kök och badrum är nyligen renoverade. Skicket är fräscht rakt igenom och lägenheten har bra ljusinsläpp vilket får den att kännas rymlig och ljus.
Lägenheten har ett större sov-/vardagsrum (möjlighet till avskiljning finns) samt separat köksdel. Köket består av kyl med frysfack samt fullstor ugn och spis. Badrummet har dusch och WC och är helkaklat.
Lägenheten ligger som sagt i det lugna villaområdet Lilla Ursvik i Sundbyberg. Området är lugnt och tryggt med mestadels familjer och grönområden. Runtomkring bostaden har du olika grönytor, flera matbutiker samt nära till fin natur och löpspår vid Ursviks motionsgård.
Kommunikationerna är jättebra och busshållplatsen är direkt utanför dörren. Buss 504 tar dig till Sundbyberg centrum på 15 minuter, via Hallonbergen t-bana (5 min). Från Hallonbergen (5 min med t-bana/cykel) är du i Kista på en minut, Fridhemsplan på 9 minuter och T-centralen på 12. Om du jobbar eller pluggar på Karolinska kan du även ta buss 506 och vara där på ungefär en halvtimme likaså.
Pluggar du på SU? Buss 540 till universitetet går från närbelägna Sundbypark södra (5 min gång) och tar dig dit på cirka 20 minuter. Det är också lätt att cykla dit och tar ungefär lika länge.
Lägenheten uthyres med eller utan möblering, beroende på dina preferenser. Tillgång till förråd finns om du behöver.
Hyran inkluderar värme, vatten, el och bredband. Parkeringsplats finns och ingår i hyran.

I'm renting out my apartment due to relocation to another town. To begin with the apartment is available for 6 months, but with good prospects for extension. Personally, I have fully enjoyed living here, and now the chance is yours!
The apartment consists of one main room and a kitchen, and is located in Lilla Ursvik in Sundbyberg. The apartment is decorated with bright walls and floor, and the kitchen and the bathroom are both newly renovated. The apartment is in good shape and lets in lots of light, which makes it feel bigger than it actually is.
The apartment has one major bedroom/salon and a separate kitchen area. Moreover, it is possible to fully separate the bed area from the rest of the apartment and facilities to do so are in place. The kitchen is furnished with a fully-equipped stove and oven as well as a refrigerator with an attached freezer space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC and is fully tiled.
As mentioned, the apartment is located in Lilla Ursvik in Sundbyberg. The area is calm, green and safe, with primarily villas, and its main residents are older or younger families. Close to the apartment, you have access to several green areas and grocery stores. Very close to the apartment, you also find Ursviks motionsgård (Ursvik Sports Area), where you can easily access beautiful nature and running and skiing tracks. The area is popular and well-attended, though it always feels spacious.
The closest bus stop (Frejavägen) is basically outside the house and you can take bus 504 to Sundbyberg centrum in 15 minutes or to Hallonbergen metro in 5. From Hallonbergen (5 min by bus or bike), you are at Kista in 1 minute, Fridhemsplan in 9 and T-centralen in 12 minutes. If you work or study at Karolinska institutet, bus 506 from Hallonbergen brings you there in approximately 30 minutes.
Do you study at Stockholm university? Bus 540 from nearby Sundbypark södra (5 minute walk) takes you there in 20 minutes, or you can bike there in half an hour too.
The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your wishes. If you need it, access to a separate in-house storage space is available as well.
The rent includes heating, water, electricity and internet access. If you have a car, parking space is available and is included in the rent.
